Optimal Immunity from Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) i.e., the SARS-CoV-2 virus, Influenza Viruses or Any Pathogens

Many types of nutritional supplements, in varying dosages and delivery options (e.g., topical, oral, intravenous), can support your immune system in its perpetual battle against bacterial, parasitic, fungal or viral infections. No protocol – such as those listed below – can guarantee 100% prevention of any infection.  No protocol – such as those listed below – can guarantee that one will survive an infection.  However, a simple Google search of “vitamin A and immunity” reveals nearly 60 million websites and a great deal of well-established research about the importance of vitamin A alone, so why is harmless vitamin A and other supplements not recommended for everyone, especially those who are fighting an infection or for those who are at high risk due to an immuno-compromised condition such as the elderly, or those on immunosuppressive drugs?  The answer is simple.  If our healthcare system were truly based on causal medicine, those who were much more likely to be at risk for certain infections would be identified, educated, and treated differently from those who would be considered to be at low risk.  

Descriptive medicine merely describes illnesses and is far less likely to identify those who would be at a higher causal risk of infections.  Older Americans, those over 65 years old, are at far higher risk of dying from Coronavirus infections than are those who are younger (under 65 years old).  According to an NIH study, “Regression suggested a theoretical point of zero mortality (from COVID-19) at approximately 50 ng/mL D3.”  In other words, the death rate is likely to be zero for those with a vitamin D3 blood level above 50!  Why is everyone not taking 10,000 iu of vitamin D3 a day?  Most of the patients in my practice who have turned seropositive for COVID-19 without being immunized and were taking optimal doses of vitamin D and other supplements as noted below, never realized that they had been infected at all!  Why has this information not been publicized?  Answer:  Empowering individual healthcare consumers to improve their own health and understand the causal factors of health and wellness, without having to depend on expensive socialized medicine and big government, is an anathema to a healthcare system that merely relies on descriptive medicine.  Furthermore, I have noticed that those patients who take these supplements and decide to be immunized anyway, seem to have few or no adverse reaction to the shots.

Adult Protocol to improve immunity against all infections.

  1. Fat Soluble Vitamins (A, D, E and K), ranked in order of importance
  1. Vitamin A – 25,000 iu a day (equivalent to about 5 oz. of liver a day).  
  2. Vitamin D – 10,000 iu a day.
  3. If over 60 yo – Vitamin E – 800 iu a day
  4. If over 60 yo – Vitamin K – 1000 to 2,500 mcg a day
  5. Minerals – Optizinc™ (about 20 to 30 mg. of zinc/capsule) – 1 capsule/tablet a day.  
  1. In addition, Dr. Gant recommends one capsule/tablet of Copper chelate a day – 2 mg. – to prevent depletion of copper which regular supplementation with zinc can cause.
  2. Selenomethionine 200 mcg. – 1 a day
  3. Other Vitamins – 
  1. Vitamin C 1000 mg. three times a day, minimum dosing.  It’s OK to take higher doses three times a day increasing up to bowel tolerance (can cause loose stools, suggesting you have saturated you body).  Purchase bottles of at least 90 capsules/tablets (one month supply).
  2. B complex – 1 twice a day
  3. Vitamin C intravenous.  Can be used for sudden acute infections.

Please understand that these supplements do not impose anything artificial on your body, as they had been well-represented in the human diet prior to the modern age.  Taking these supplements is merely reconstituting the human diet as it had always been prior to the modern age, which has brought us processed food and modern agricultural methods that have stripped away much of the immune-enhancing value of food.

Evidence has amassed that the COVID-19 virus and the Lyme disease spirochete were designed in germ warfare laboratories.  You can expect more dastardly behaviors to come in the future, especially since fears of overpopulation are common.  To prepare you and your loved ones from the effects of bioengineered diseases as well as the age-old killers of humanity (e.g., malaria, tuberculosis, cancer etc.), enhancing one’s immune system with the protocol described above may be your best defense.  Remember, your human immune system has taken 100’s of millions of years to develop, and it can probably out-survive almost any assault provided it is optimized.  The human immune system is a living, breathing entity that like any lifeform requires sustenance to function optimally.  The protocol listed above should be consumed by everyone, in my opinion, especially those whose immunity could be compromised, to prepare for the immune assaults that are certain to come.
